Rave Recommends the Requiring Users to Change Passwords

For security reasons, Rave recommends enabling the User must change password at login checkbox for all manually created accounts. Requiring users to change their password is more secure, and allows you to activate a new account without requiring the admin to create temporary passwords, which can be at higher risk of security breach.
